Oxford Educational's owner, Matt J. Duffy, is an educator and father of two school-aged children. He teaches courses at Georgia State University in Atlanta where he's currently pursuing a PhD in Public Communication. Duffy believes that price should never hinder a parent's ability to buy education supplies for their kids.
